When you attempt to perform a backup, copy a drive, create a drive, remove a drive, create an image or restore an image with Casper Secure 6, you receive the following error:
An unexpected problem was encountered. Please report this problem for assistance (1722).
The Operation Log section of the Casper Activity Report (Detailed Report View) shows the following message:
Error 1722: could not start task
This error is reported when the Casper EUI Support Service has been disabled.
Reinstall Casper Secure 6 to ensure the Casper EUI Support Service (caspereui) is installed and configured to start Automatically.
